Perhaps it was my background in theatre and costume design setting the stage. Faced with early retirement in 2009, what does one do? Lordie sakes, I had not touched a sewing machine in 30+ years, much less owned one.

So my adventures in sewing and crafting began slowly and I continue to learn....while supporting local charity efforts.
